Alberta Bans Hiring Foreign Workers in 29 Job Categories

Alberta, Canada, has implemented a 2-year pilot program Employer Liaison Service that bans hiring foreign workers in 29 skilled job categories. Employers instead will be directed to a list of local workers in those job categories.
