Hello, my partner whom I am planning to sponsor to Canada was given a traffic ticket in Victoria, Australia for unlicensed driving and she has then paid off the fine (Never held). We filed for a federal police check and her report came back clean. However, I know it depends if there is an equivalent offence in the Canadian federal law. Does this mean she is considered criminally inadmissible? And cannot be sponsored? Thanks.
