Sponsorship of conjugal partner advice?

Hello, forgive me in advance if this sounds unreasonable or unrealistic.
I am currently engaged to my partner of 20 months, and am hoping to sponsor her coming and living with me in canada, classified as a conjugal partner. Problem is, I'm a full time university student, so my income is limited to two part time jobs that I dedicate what little time I have left to (averaging out to roughly $9400 annual income).
What could one in my position do to improve my chances of being accepted as a sponsor? Should I leave my university for a full time job? Is there any chance that I could prove that I'd be able to provide for my partner if she were allowed to immigrate and live with me?
