    Situation:

I landed in Canada in sept 2013 on a study permit.

I am graduating from a 2 year MBA program in June 2015 and plan to apply for PGWP then.

I was placed under medical surveillance for a history of TB and have complied with it

Question: Do i need to undergo an upfront medical examination for my PGWP application considering that I have been under medical surveillance.

    Thanks

CIC will likely require it, yes. Reason is that you are moving from a study permit to a work permit, which means slightly different requirements from a medical perspective.

Thank you for your reply. Is my case special because of medical surveillance. I understand that the CIC does not require regular cases to go through a medical exam. None of the seniors in my school went through it and got the PGWP. Thank you for your patience.
