    HELLO
I AM GOING TO SPONSOR MY HUSBAND FROM INDIA. I HAVE ONE DAUGHTER FROM MY PREVIOUS MARRIAGE. SHE LIVES PRIMARILY WITH MY EX HUSBAND. SHE STAYS WITH ME ON WEEKENDS. WE HAVE JOINT LEGAL CUSTODY. IN CUSTODY FILES IT SAYS I PAY $185 PER MONTH TO MY EX HUSBAND TO THE SUPPORT OF MY DAUGHTER. BUT I NEVER PAY BECAUSE OF MUTUAL CONSENT OF ME AND MY EX HUSBAND. DO I NEED TO PUT MY DAUGHTER AS A DEPENDENT IN 6B.
  2. Yes. If you have any children from a previous relationship or any family members who are dependent on you they should be listed in 6B.
