    Sir,
My wife is a Nurse with 8 years experience. She took her ielts test this morning and wes payment for ECA today. If we get both these done by the end of November 2014 and file for PR be Dec starting week, Does she still have a chance to get Canadian PR under 2014 FSW scheme?
If so, is it like PR would be issued before December 31st 2014?

    Thanks in advance,
    Cyril.
