Is birth certificate mandatory for applying for canada PR under federal skilled workers? Will matricvulation certifcate not work? actually i dnt have a birth certificate and my place of birth ois fra away plus lots of formalities for getting the same.
Another problem is that the date of birth in my matriculation certificazTe as well as my other official documents are diffrent from the records in MC?
Under such circumstance is it possible to submit not found certificate?
    pls reply soon...

As per PR Canada , you need to require Birth Certificate when you will apply, but in this case, if you have no birth certificate or lost , then you can reapply to get this in Canadian Immigration agency...
